I am generally not in the business of being negative but I do get frustrated when I see or hear of people engaging over priced personal trainers to help them reach their goals. Paying someone $100 an hour for a service requires some results. If your goal is to become big and strong for example then you should be looking to be mentored by someone who can help you to be big and strong. If you sense that you are teaching the teacher then it’s probably time to review your spend. Just my thoughts of course.
Bigger Stronger Smarter

The bench press is still the king of all lifts. I regularly get asked how much I can bench. Having a big raw bench is important to most guys and girls who want to get big and strong.
My focus is about becoming big and strong. I love the bench press because it is a true measure of upper body strength. I love it because it is one of the competitive powerlifts and it a chance to express myself competitively. I also love it because it is a key weapon in becoming bigger.
