Raw squats- 200 for 3


Jackson squatting 200 kg for 3 reps. On track to squat 215 plus. Lots of improvement to come as he tightens up when he drives out of the hole. Jackson has made some big improvements in his technique since he last competed. 200 kg plus raw squat for a teenager is good money. I can’t wait to see what happens when he gets his man strength.
