At Eastside we have pooled our resources to establish 2 training clubs:
Squat and deadlift club- every Saturday 10.00 am to 12.00 pm
Bench club- every Sunday 9.30 am to 11.30 am

Jackson and myself will run the squat and deadlift club and Leighton and Brown G are already running the bench club.
These sessions are a chance for lifters to train with fellow lifters and gain practical advice and coaching from experienced lifters. They will work as open training sessions and cover such things as:
– lifting equipment.
– specialist training techniques.
– a chance to meet fellow lifters who want to get big and strong.
– or if you just need a spot.
You do not need to be a powerlifter to benefit from these sessions. There are not many opportunities like this elsewhere. There is no cost to members and $10 to non members. We may increase these open training sessions if there is demand.
