Newcomer Jen hits 85 kg for reps. Jen is getting strong. A few things to work on and she will add 15 kg very quickly. Her grip is a little too wide and she needs to keep that bar close to her legs. Note also how she lifts her hip a little too soon when pulling off the floor. So plenty of improvements to come. But we like to keep things positive. Jen is doing really well and she is one of the most motivated people I have met. As she gets stronger and gets better technically we will see some big gains quickly. Well done Jen.
